SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At NEUF Gift Store, we rely on Bpost for the shipment of all our orders. We ship only within Belgium, so not abroad. At NEUF, we only ship products under 5 kg. Products weighing more than 5 kg are not shipped via Bpost and are only available for in-store pickup.
All orders received by NEUF are processed the same day. Packages are handed over to Bpost on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. Therefore, you can expect your package within 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday).
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer when placing the order. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
All orders can also be picked up in the store during opening hours.
RETURNS
If you wish to return products, this is possible. Most items can be returned or exchanged for another item at NEUF Gift Store within 14 calendar days of receipt. Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged. If in doubt, please contact us ([email protected]).
The costs for returns are at your own expense. You have 14 days to return your products. Ensure the package is properly packed; the responsibility for loss or damage to the package lies with the customer. Send your package to the following address:

As a customer, you are requested to return the items unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Including the instruction manual and all included accessories. NEUF Gift Store reserves the right to refuse returned items or to refuse a refund if the items have been damaged by the customer or if they are not returned in accordance with the return policy.
