SHIPPING & COSTS
At NEUF we rely on Bpost and DPD to ship all our orders. We offer FREE delivery in Belgium for all orders over € 75.
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer while making the order. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.
All stock items will be shipped within 2 - 5 days (weekdays). When your order is ready for shipping, a tracking number will be sent by e-mail.
Items that are too large or require special attention are provided by our own delivery services. In this case we will inform you in advance of the time of delivery and we will always try to plan it together with you.
All orders can also be picked up in the store during opening hours. NEUF Gift Store, Antoine Dansaertstraat 190, 1000 Brussels.
Most items can be returned within 14 calendar days after day of reception or exchanged for another item in the NEUF Gift Store. Items made to your specifications can't be returned or exchanged. When in doubt, please contact us ([email protected]).
Under regulation of the Belgian Law on trade and the information and protection of consumers of 14 July 1991, the purchaser is allowed to inform the seller that he/she has decided not to proceed with the purchase within 14 working days of receipt of the item.
Most items can be returned within 14 calendar days after order or exchanged for another item in NEUF Gift Store.

The customer is refunded at choice or receives a voucher.
The Customer is requested to return the items in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories supplied there, and instructions for use. If the returned product has been reduced in value in some way, NEUF Gift Store reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and demand compensation for any value reduction of the goods resulting from the use of the goods by the Customer.
NEUF Gift Store reserves the right to reject returned items or refuse a refund if the items have been damaged by the customer or if they are not returned in accordance with our Return Policy.
The right to cancel does not exist for goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.
